Their Discovery Ash Blue is made with milk and enriched with King Island Dairy cream. It has a creamy and slightly nutty character with a hint of mushroom, and a rich golden interior. Delicate blue veins add a wonderful texture and subtle saltiness that gently flavours the rich body, but does not dominate. Hand rolled in ash, the rind adds an extra dimension to the flavour with a delicate smokiness.
