    Take a tasting tour of Italy through some of the world’s best known cheeses and pair them with wines from the same region. Parmigiano Reggiano from Emilia-Romagna, Gorgonzola and Taleggio from Lombardy and mixed milk white moulds from Piedmont just to name a few. Many of these regional cheeses are selected and aged carefully by our Italian Affinatore, Luigi Guffanti. A great chance to explore so many fabulous flavours paired with wonderful Mediterranean wines, as well as exploring some exquisite ways to cook with these amazing cheeses. A class not to be missed!
